What this tells you
- Where the leverage is. A liquidation map or open interest chart from one exchange misses what sits elsewhere. On coins where Hyperliquid holds a large share, a Binance-only view can miss most of the positions.

The API does not provide past open interest. Other exchanges come from their own public APIs (Bybit reports open interest in coins and Gate in contracts - both converted at each exchange's own price). Twenty coins only; Hyperliquid also lists many other markets that are not included here.
